激辛タッカルビ
カルビ(朝: 갈비)は、朝鮮語で肋骨(あばら)を意味する言葉。朝鮮料理では、あばらの周辺に付いている肉、つまりばら肉のことを言う。多くの場合牛ばら肉の焼肉を指すが、豚や鶏の焼肉もカルビと呼ぶことがある。

①鶏のもも肉は一口大に切り、玉ねぎ1/2個は薄切りにして、ボウルに入れる。
②一味唐辛子大さじ1・コチュジャン大さじ2・酒大さじ1・みりん大さじ1・しょうゆ大さじ1・砂糖小さじ2・をすべて混ぜ合わせたら、①に加えてよく揉みこみ、ラップをかけて30分冷蔵庫に置く。⓷モッツァレラチーズ100gは1cm幅に切る。
⓷スキレットにサラダ油大匙1をひき、中火で②を炒める。火が通ってきたら火を止めて中心に寄せ、まわりに③とピザ用チーズを加え、弱火で加熱。
➃モッツァレラチーズとピザ用チーズ100gが溶けたら火から下ろして完成。
手作りコチジャン
味噌大さじ3・ごま油大さじ2・砂糖大さじ1〜1.5・みりん大さじ1・豆板醤小さじ1〜2・すりおろしにんにく小さじ1・白ごま(なくても可)・小さじ2を容器に全部入れて混ぜるだけ。
