I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years and
sixty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the twenty-sixth straight day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the fifty-third consecutive day.

It has been raining in Nagoya since early this morning, somtimes
heavily and sometimes sprinklingly.
Very unfortunately, weather forecasts say it will continue to rain
all day long, but just one thing which I thik is good is that various
kinds of viruses including COVID-19, コヴィッド or Corona Virus Disease,
might be washed off by rain....I really hope so.

I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and sixty-eight
days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the fifty-second successive
day including the latest twenty-five days of 20-time push-ups.

It has been cloudy in Nagoya since early this morning.
Although the temperatue now is 11.4 degrees, actually I feel it is cold
maybe because the clouds are blocking sunlight.
I got an uncomfortable feeling with my throat just after I got up.
I tried "Nodo-nuuru" spray about half an hour ago, and now I think
I feel better.....Anyway, it would be better not to be nervous about
that new type of pneumonia.

It is pretty cloudy and a little dark in Nagoya.
It looks like it is going to start raining pretty soon.
Weather ladies say it will rain in Nagoya at around 3 in the afternoon.
They also forecast that the rain will not continue for a long time.
I'm planning to go out to a shopping mall, so I hope I will not
be caught in a shower....Well, after all, I think I should take a
folding umbrella with me.

After a little warm rain from last night to early this morning, it is cloudy
and sometimes sunny in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperatuer of
19 degrees, which is surely abnormally warm for February if it happens.
And actually now the temperature is already as high as 14.2 degrees.
Well, I well know that recent weather forecasts are highly likely to
prove right, so I may look forward to that.

It has been nine years and sixty-four days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the twenty-first straight day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the forty-eighth consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya again and while riding my bike on my way to the work
place, I felt that the winter cold was just a little milder than yesterday.
Actually, today's lowest temperature was one degree, up as many as 2.7 degrees
from yesterday's lowest temperature.
Weather reports say that rainy days will continue for five days from tomorrow,
which means much warmer days will continue.
However, I'm really afraid of the following cold days after that.

Nine years and sixty-three days in a row have passed since I was able
to rid myself of a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the forty-seventh successive
day including the most recent twenty days of 20-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya again and it is very very cold again with the
lowest temperature this morning of minus 1.7 degrees.
I know Nagoya's winter is much milder than other places, but actually
I cannot deny this winter cold is unbearable for me.
However, fortunately or unfortunately, weather ladies say that it will
be "warm" from Wednesday or Thursday.
Should I delight in the abnormal warmth in February?
