I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the sixty-first successive
day including the most recent thirty-four days of 20-time push-ups.
It is greatly sunny in Nagya today and I feel the winter cold is much
milder than yesterday, and actually, the highest temperature is today
predicted to be 15 degrees, up 4 degrees from yesterday.
As I get older, I've noticed that I am getting easily angry and develping
a distrust of people.
I may have to give up stopping this aging process simply because aging is
quite natural and inevitable.
