Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２５ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years and
sixty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the twenty-sixth straight day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the fifty-third consecutive day.

It has been raining in Nagoya since early this morning, somtimes
heavily and sometimes sprinklingly.
Very unfortunately, weather forecasts say it will continue to rain
all day long, but just one thing which I thik is good is that various
kinds of viruses including COVID-19, コヴィッド or Corona Virus Disease,
might be washed off by rain....I really hope so.
