I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and seventy-three
days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the fifty-seventh successive
day including the most recent thirty days of 20-time push-ups.

It has been greatly sunny in Nagoya since this morning and the highest
temperature marked 13.3 degrees, which is said to be that of mid March.
Last night I enjoyed a 500ml canned beer for the first time in more than a week.
Because of a gout, I have to more or less refrain from drinking, but
I am sure that it is not harmful for me to drink acohol once a week.
