It has been nine years and fifty-five days in a row since I decided
against smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the twelfth straight day and
more than 9-time push-ups for the thirty-ninth consecutive day.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I could enjoy seeing Mt. Ontake
capped with snow far in the distance in the east from a bridge
on my way to the workplace.
Nagoya saw a very cold morning with the lowest temperature of as low
as 1.1 degrees, which, I think, even so, is normal for February.
Well, I may have to start planning to go somewhere to enjoy plum
blossoms in March.
