I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and sixty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the forty-fifth
successive day including the latest eighteen days of 20-times of them.
After two very very cold days, it is normally sunny in Nagoya and I
feel it is much milder the past two days although it is still cold.
Yesterday, the temperature in the morning was around as low as 3 degrees,
but now it is already nearly 10 degrees.
By the way, I have had a hard time suffering from a little sharp pain
on my tongue, which I guess is a kind of canker.
I really want the pain to disappear as soon as possible.
