I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and seventy-five
days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the fifty-ninth
successive day including the latest thirty-two days of 20 times of them.

It has been quite cloudy in Nagoya and sometimes it rains just a little.
There are rain clouds in the sky, completely blocking sunlight, and
it is actually dark, which makes me feel cold.
I've learned that masks are almost of no effect for prevention of
infectious disease including COVID-19.
So, I'm wondering if I should put away masks I have now for the future,
when I really need them to prevent airborne droplet of my coughing from flying off.

I was able to keep smoke-free for nine years and seventy-four days in a row.
I was also able to keep 20-time push-ups for the thirty-first straight
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the fifty-eighth consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperatuer of 14 degrees,
but actually, I feel it is pretty cold now though I don't know why.
On my way to the workplace this morning, as is often the case, I encountered
several vicious drivers, which always made me cry out "Drop dead".
However, recently, I have noticed that I have no benefit even if I get angry.
But then, what on earth can I do instead of that?

Last night I enjoyed a 500ml canned beer for the first time in more than a week.
Because of a gout, I have to more or less refrain from drinking, but
I am sure that it is not harmful for me to drink acohol once a week.

free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the twenty-ninth straight day
and more than 9-time push-ups for the fifty-sixth consecutive day.

In contrast to yesterday with a cold rain, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya
today with the predicted highest temperature of 12 degrees, up as high as
5 degrees from yesterday.

I think we have to get mentally prepared for infection with COVID-19
simply because there are very few people who have immunity to it.
Therefore, it must be true that everyone will contract the disease some day,
but probably, the later, the better.
Because we need time for vaccine and medical treatment to be established.

I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the fifty-fourth
successive day including the latest twenty-seven days of 20 times of them.

After a cold and continual rain, it is greatly sunny now in Nagoya
with plenty of sunlight which I was looking forward to.
Very unfortunately, reports say that there are several patients with
the new type of coronavirus in Nagoya, and the infection route has
not been tracked down or it may be impossible to identify the route.
Anyway, I really have to observe washing hands and gargling.
