I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and sixty-eight
days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the fifty-second successive
day including the latest twenty-five days of 20-time push-ups.
It has been cloudy in Nagoya since early this morning.
Although the temperatue now is 11.4 degrees, actually I feel it is cold
maybe because the clouds are blocking sunlight.
I got an uncomfortable feeling with my throat just after I got up.
I tried "Nodo-nuuru" spray about half an hour ago, and now I think
I feel better.....Anyway, it would be better not to be nervous about
that new type of pneumonia.
