Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：３５ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been nine years and sixty-four days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the twenty-first straight day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the forty-eighth consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya again and while riding my bike on my way to the work
place, I felt that the winter cold was just a little milder than yesterday.
Actually, today's lowest temperature was one degree, up as many as 2.7 degrees
from yesterday's lowest temperature.
Weather reports say that rainy days will continue for five days from tomorrow,
which means much warmer days will continue.
However, I'm really afraid of the following cold days after that.
