I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and one hundred and
sixty-six days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups again by only one time to 19
times and kept more than 14-time push-ups for the fifty successive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and there are no clouds in the blue skies
today again with the forecast highest tempearture of 32 degrees, which
might be the highest for May.
Very sadly, I've had a canker pain for three days for the first time in about
10 month, and also have had a low back muscle pain.
I really hope a peaceful day without any pain will come very soon.
