I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to 23 times
and kept over 20-time push-ups for the fifth successive day.
It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature
of 27 degrees, and there were completely no clouds in the blue skies
while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
I am planning to do a walking today as part of preparation for the planned
4-hour walking and I will have to be careful to guard against dehydration.
