I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and one
hundred and fifty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 21-time push-ups for the fifteenth straight
day including the most recent two days of 24-time push-ups.

Though it was raining very heavily in Nagoya just half an hour ago, it is
now quite cloudy and looks like it is going to start raining again soon.
The pain in my right knee and lowback is still here, and now I cannot sit
on my heels, but I've decided to resume physical exercises little by little
since I want the muscle of my legs not to be weakened.
