I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and one hundred
and sixty days in a row.

I didn't do physical exercises due mainly to the severe pain in my low
back, but I only did walking because I read an article on the Internet,
which says it would be better to do moderate physical exercise like
walking even when you have a pain in your low back.
Well, honestly, I felt some amount of walking is indeed comfortable.
Anyway, I really hope my best condition will come back as soon as possible.
