I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and one
hundred and forty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the third straight day and more
than 20-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny today again in Nagoya and there were almost no clouds
in the blue sky while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Weather ladies say Nagoya's highest temperature will be over 27 degrees,
up as high as 2 degrees from 25 degrees, called Natsubi in Japanese.
Anyway, plenty of sunlight always makes me feel happy.
