It has been eight years and one hundred and fifty-three days in a row
since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 20-time push-ups for the twelfth
consecutive day including the latest eight days of 23-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny today again in Nagoya and I felt a little hot while
I was riding a bike on my way to the workplace.
I didn't do any physical exercises except push-ups yesterday and have
decided not to today again simply because of the fatigue from the 4-hour
walking which I did the day before yesterday.
I really hope that the fatigue will completely disappear as soon as possible.
