I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and one
hundred and fifty days in a row.
I was able to keep over 20-time push-ups for the ninth consecutive day
including the latest five days of 23-time push-ups.

Today again, it is very beautifully sunny in Nagoya.
Though it was very cold in the early morning with the lowest temperature
of around 9 degrees, it is now not too hot or not too cold.
Very unfortunately, I've had a little pain in my right knee and left groin.
I really hope such pains will disappear soon and will not have any negative
effect on the planned 4-hour walking.
Anyway, I can do nothing but pray.
