I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and one hundred
and forty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 20-time push-ups for the third successive
day including the latest two days of 22-time push-ups.
After a long, cold rain yesterday, it is greatly sunny with plenty of
sunlight in Nagoya and it is warm for the fisrt time in a long time, I feel.
Today is the second day of my five days off in a row.
I would like to spend these holidays meaningfully.
Especially I would like to make preparations for a 4-hour walking.
