I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and one hundred and
forty-three days in a row.
I was also able to increase the number of push-ups by just one time to 22
times and kept at least 21-time push-ups for the second consecutive day.

It had been raining in Nagoya since last night and while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace, but actually now it has stopped.
It is quite cloudy and it looks like it is going to start raining
again soon though weather ladies say it will continue to be overcast.
The Reiwa Period has started.
I'm planning to spend some time practicing my English today.
