I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen years
and two hundred and forty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep above 9-time push-ups for the three
hundred and fifty-third straight day including the most
recent two days of 23-time push-ups.

Today again, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya with the
current temperature of 32.5 degrees, up 0.5 degrees from
the same time yesterday.
Weather ladies say that the highest temperature will still
top at least 37 degrees.
In Nagoya, the temperature has exceeded body temperature,
which means that the maximum temperature has been above
36.5 degrees, for the 17th consecutive day.
I really want to restart doing a walking and I am now very
afraid that the legs' muscles of mine have been weakened.
