I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and two hundred and
fifty-nine days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by three times to 18 times and
kept greater than 12-time push-ups for the seventy-second consecutive day.
I got another low back pain last night and I was foolish and careless.
I thought I completely made a habit of supporting my body with either arm
in order to prevent low back pain, but actually last night, I picked up
something inadvertently with both my arms, remaining seated.
Very fortunately, the pain was not so strong and now I feel it's getting
milder and milder little by little.
I've renewed my determination to continue to guard against low back pain
for the rest of my life.
