I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and two hundred and fifty-eight days in a row.
I reduced the number of push-ups, just to be safe, by as many as eight times
to 15 times yesterday due mainly to the low back pain I got two days ago.
I kept at least 13-time push-ups for the seventy-first straight day.
It's quite cloudy in Nagoya today after a very heavy rain and a stormy wind
which had continued for several hours since last nihgt.
Nagoya was very lucky because I've heard there have been no casualties so far.
