I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and two hundred and fifty-four
days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 13-time push-ups for the sixty-seventh consecutive day
including the most recent nine days of 23-time push-ups.
It's normally sunny today in Nagoya and sometimes it's cloudy.
The humidity is not so high and sometimes I feel a little cold while I am in the
wind from an electric fan.
Now I think I have to resume and continue walking before my legs' muscle has got rusty.
And I have to start preparing for a middle-distance walking planned in this fall.
One thing I would like to do this fall is to go to a small waterfall in Gifu prefecture.
Anyway, I have to start walking again.
