Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and two hundred and
fifty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the tenth straight day and greater
than 12-time push-ups for the sixty-eighth successive day.

Early in the morning before dawn, there was a sudden heavy rain, but now
it's stably sunny in Nagoya now with plenty of sunlight.
It is strong, indeed, but I feel it's not so abnormally scorching.
By the way, I don't know the reason exactly, but I feel not completely well.
I felt my body was so heavy while doing push-ups.
....I'm afraid I might have drunk a little too much.....I'm not sure.
