It has been seven years and two hundred and forty-one days in a row
since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the tenth straight day and
at least 13-time push-ups for the fifty-fourth consecutive day.
Now, the temperature in Nagoya is only 32.2 degrees which will be
recognized as today's highest temperature.
Well....I said "only"?
Yes, actually I felt it was really mild and a little cool one hour
before noon while riding my bike on my way to the workplace, when the
temperature was "only" 30 or 31 degrees.
Very happily, today in Nagoya is cloudy.
This may be the first time that I have ever felt a cloudy weather
made me feel relieved........this year's summer is that much hot.
