It has been seven years and two hundred and fifty-seven days in a row
since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twelfth consecutive day and
over 12-time push-ups for the seventieth successive day.
It's cloudy and very humid in Nagoya since the typhoon #20 is coming
nearer and nearer and the southerly damp atmosphere is also coming.
Very unfortunately, it was very very tough for me to ride a bike
on my way to the workplace because of the strong southerly head wind.
I hope I will be pushed by a tail wind on my way back from the workplace.
Anyway, I'll have to be really careful about the typhoon.
By the way, I've got a little strong low back pain since yesterday.
