キュウリとタコの酢の物
夏の風物料理、最も簡単で早くできる酢の物。最近タコも高くなりましたが、これぐらいのものは楽しもう。
- きゅうりの両方に包丁で、半分ほど切り目を入れ丸のまま塩でもむ。それを3~4cmに横に切る。
- タコを適当な大きさに切る。
- 酢・砂糖・みりんで合わせ酢を作り、①・②を混ぜて、出来上がり。
*タコやイカの細かく切った物や鰹節を加えるのも良い
