簡単 麻婆茄子
めんつゆで簡単 麻婆茄子の作り方
ナスを豆腐に代用すれば麻婆豆腐に早変わり。
2人前
①ナス3本のヘタを取り1cm幅の半月切り、人参・キュウリを細く切り電子レンジ500w3分加熱。
②フライパンにごま油大匙1をひき中火で熱し、豚ひき肉150、豆板醤大さじ1/2・おろしニンニク小匙1・鷹の爪輪切り小匙1/2・を加えて炒める。豚肉に火が通ったら①を加え、軽く焼き色がつくまで炒める。
③③に水150ml・めんつゆ (2倍濃縮)大匙3を加え、全体に味が馴染むまで中火で煮込む。
④中火のまま水溶き片栗粉大匙2を回し入れ、とろみがついたらラー油を加えて軽く混ぜてお皿に盛り、仕上げに小ねぎをちらしたら完成。
