東洋大学校友会京都支部唯一の代議員さんが贈ってくれた金粉入りの金沢銘酒「加賀鶴」の一升瓶を開け、冷やで飲みました

つまみは、ヒジキの煮物と、カチカチの凍み餅でした

私は弱った自分の歯を気遣いながら、55年ぶりくらいに凍み餅をそのままかじりました

味がしないので、途中で醤油を少々

日本酒を飲むのに、もってこいかも？

I bit into frozen mochi for the first time in about 55 years, worrying about my weakened teeth.

It doesn't taste good, so add a little soy sauce halfway through.
