今月、私は病院通いが続いています

内科、皮膚科に加え眼科（緑内障）、歯科（前歯の虫歯治療）です

さらに、2年半以来の横浜市がん検診を月末に予約しました

現役時代は、定期検診（半日ドッグ）の時期がくると、総務部スタッフが手続きをしてくれ、自分は尿と便を採取し、病院に行くだけでした（自己負担ゼロ）

リタイアしてからは、予約から検便キットの受け取りにはじまり、料金の支払いまで、すべて自分で行うことになります

自己管理の領域ですから、決めた時期に、年に一度、きちんと健康診断を受ける必要があります

しかし、高齢化に伴い時の流れが速く、同時に何かと億劫になりますので、私も前回の横浜市がん検診から2年半が経ってしまいました

高齢者になって、病院通いが増えている現実を再認識させられました

This month, I have been going to the hospital.

In addition to internal medicine and dermatology, I also go to the ophthalmologist (glaucoma) and dentist (cavity treatment for my front teeth).

Furthermore, I have booked a Yokohama City cancer screening at the end of the month, which is the first time in two and a half years.

When I was still working, when it was time for a regular checkup (half-day dog), the general affairs staff would take care of the paperwork, and I would just take my urine and stool samples and go to the hospital (no out-of-pocket expenses).

Since I retired, I have to do everything myself, from making the reservation to receiving the stool test kit and paying the fees.

Since it is an area of ​​self-management, I need to have a proper health check once a year at a set time.

However, as I get older, time passes quickly and at the same time, it becomes more of a hassle, so it has been two and a half years since my last Yokohama City cancer screening.

As I have become older, I have been reminded of the reality that I am going to the hospital more and more.

安定の美味しさ

御弁当の蓋は、上辺に硫黄（着火剤）を塗ると付け木になるタイプですね

Today's lunch was a shumai bento from Kiyoken. It was consistently delicious. The lid of the bento can be used as a tinder if you apply sulfur (fire starter) to the top edge.

広島県因島のはっさくゼリーは、甘すぎず少し苦味があって、清涼感に満ちていました

一緒に買った「瀬戸内のはっさくチューハイ」は、夕飯の晩酌で美味しくいただきました

The hassaku jelly from Innoshima, Hiroshima Prefecture was not too sweet, a little bitter and full of coolness!

The "Setouchi Hassaku Chuhai" we bought together was delicious with our supper!

その昔、都はるみさんの歌が聴こえてくると、モンペ姿の母は500円札を袂に入れて、両手にバケツ🪣を持ち小名浜直送の魚を買いに出かけた

魚を積んだ菅野魚屋のトラック🚛は、馴染み客に魚を売ったら、都はるみの「好きになった人」を響かせ、次の地域に向かうのだ

Long ago, when I heard Miyako Harumi's song, my mother, dressed in monpe, put a 500 yen note in her sleeve, grabbed a bucket🪣 in each hand, and went out to buy fish delivered directly from Onahama. After selling the fish to a regular customer, the truck🚛 of the Kanno fishmonger would head to the next area, playing Miyako Harumi's "The Person I Fell in Love With."

本日、私たちのちょい飲みランチは、桜木町駅構内の洋食屋さんで「大人のお子様ランチ」（1800円）をいただきながら、グラス赤ワインを飲みました

Today, for our light lunch, we went to a Western restaurant in Sakuragicho Station and enjoyed the "Adult Children's Lunch" (1,800 yen) with a glass of red wine.

先日、私は午前中に田町のOB会事務所で、事務作業やメールチェック、ラインでのやり取りをしました

ランチは、妻特製のシャケ弁当でした

午後からは、OB会の緊急幹部会議をしました。その後、引き続き同じメンバーで、慶応仲通りのお店でちょい飲みしました

私は生ビールとレモンサワーを1杯ずつ飲んで、これから京浜東北線に乗って横浜まで帰りました

来週の金曜日、福島県立棚倉高校ミニ同級会についてもグループラインで調整し、目白駅の蕎麦屋さんに集合することを確認し合いました

The oterday, I spent the morning at the OBK office in Tamachi, doing paperwork, checking emails, and communicating on line!

Lunch was my wife's special Shake Bento!

In the afternoon, I had an emergency executive meeting of the OB Association. After that, we continued to have a little drink with the same members at a restaurant on Keio Naka-dori Street.

I had a draft beer and a lemon sour each, and  I was going back to Yokohama on the Keihin Tohoku Line!

We also discussed next Friday's mini class reunion at Tanagura High School in Fukushima Prefecture on the group line, and confirmed that we would meet at a soba noodle restaurant in Mejiro Station.

あの名作が映画になります

真藤順丈著「宝島」（直木賞受賞作品)です

最近、映画館に行ってないけれど、「キングダム」と「宝島」は、絶対見に行きたいと楽しみにしています

That masterpiece is being made into a movie. It's "Takarajima" (a Naoki Prize-winning work) by Shindo Junjo. I haven't been to the cinema recently, but I'm looking forward to seeing "Kingdom" and "Takarajima."

本日、私たちの締めは横浜駅西口「本丸亭」の塩ら〜麺（950円）でした

トロトロのチャーシュー2枚、大きなワンタン１つがトッピングされ、縮れ麺に絡むスープも格別でした

Our final meal of the day was the Honmaru Shio Ramen (950 yen) at Honmarutei, a restaurant in the west exit of Yokohama Station. It was topped with two tender slices of pork and a large wonton, and the soup that mixed with the curly noodles was also exceptional.
