I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and one hundred and
ninety-seven days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to 18 times
and keep more than 12-time push-ups for the tenth successive day.
It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today and I feel a little hot.
I sometimes need plenty of sunlight even during the rainy season.
Actually, the other day, I got a cold calling on an app to pull in more customers.
I'm really wondering why they do not use their own app to pull in more customers
instead of making a cold call....lol
I'm sure their app is not effective enough to attract customers.

I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and one hundred and ninety-six
days in a row.
I was also able to do greater than 12-time push-ups for the ninth consecutive
day including the latest three days of 17-time push-ups.
Yesterday I went to Gifu prefecture to enjoy walking on the nation's second
longest day of the year form JR Mizunami station to Takenami station via
Kamado station, which took about 2 hours and 30 minutes of walking time.
I've learned that I should not walk along a main road.
I mean I should not have walked along Nakasendo because the air was bad
and the noise was trrible as well as the drivers were stepping on the gas.
From Kamado station, I took a route of a country road and actually it was nice.

It has been seven years and one hundred and ninety-four days in a row since I
broke free from smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to 17 times,
and kept at least 13-time push-ups for the seventh straight day.
After a light rain, it's been cloudy in Nagoya and weather reports say it will
not be rainy today.
Indeed, according to a weather map, the rainy season front is just under the
Japanese archipelago, but it might move toward the north by possible changes
of pressure patterns.
Weather ladies say the tomorrow's predicted highest temperature is 32 degrees
in Nagoya, which might make me decide not to do a planned walking tomorrow
for fear of heat attack.
Anyway, I will judge tomorrow.

Seven years and one hundred and ninety-three days in a row have passed since I
overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 16-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and over 12-
time push-ups for the sixth successive day.
It's been raining in Nagoya since early this morning but very luckily, it
temporarily stopped for about 40 minutes during which I was able to ride my
bike to the workpace, and now it's raining again.
I was afraid that Nagoya would see a much heavier rain but actually the peak
hour might have already passed......I hope so.
Anyway, I understand pretty much that carelessness is the greatest enemy.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and one hundred
and ninety-two days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 12-time push-ups for the fifth straight day including
the most recent two days of 16-time push-ups.
It's cloudy in Nagoya now though it was sunny while I was riding my bike on my way
to the workplace in the morning.
According to weather reports, it will start raining in the evening at the latest.
I can accept such days because Japan is in the middle of rainy season, but if possible,
I hope Friday will not be rainy because I'm planning to go somewhere to do a walking.
Anyway, I just want to enjoy the second longest day of the year.
