I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and one hundred and seventy-
four days in a row.
I was also able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and twenty-
first consecutive day including the most recent four days of 19 times of them.
After two days of a little heavy rain, it's stopped and very beautifully
sunny in Nagoya and there are very few clouds in the blue skies.
I would really like to do a walking but actually I have many things to do.
So, I have to be careful about the temperature differences of these several
days which are very severe for me.
One night I couldn't use a comforter while sleeping, but the past two days,
I couldn't sleep without a comforter.
