It has been seven years and one hundred and seventy-eight days in a row
since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and twenty-
fifth consecutive day including the most recent eight days of 19 times of them.
It's sunny in Nagoya today but I think clouds are increasing in number.
Weather ladies say this year's rainy season in the Tokai region is just
around the corner and maybe it will start tomorrow at the earliest.
I have not fully enjoyed outdoor activities before the rainy season.
I may have to wait for fall to enjoy another middle-distance walking.
