It has been seven years and one hundred and eighty-nine days in a row
since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by two times to 15 times,
and I was able to keep over 12-time push-ups for the second straight day.
It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today despite the middle of the rainy season.
But weather reports say monsoon sky will come back soon.
After the sharp pain in my low back, I'm afraid that I sometimes have an
uncomfortable feeling there.
I know it is no use worrying too much.
I'll just have to wait and see for some days.
