Seven years and two hundred days in a row have passed since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep 18-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day and
at least 13-time push-ups for the thirteenth successive day.
It's cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya but actually it's too humid.
I don't feel well due mainly to the high humidity and I suspect I have
not had a good sleep these few nights.
That may be why I'm feeling lazy today again.
Anyway, I really have to be careful about dehydration and heat attack,
but I might have no choice but to wait until my body has got used to summer heat.
