I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and two hundred and three days in a row.
I was also able to keep 19-time push-ups for the second consecutive day
and more than 12-time push-ups for the sixteen successive day.
After a little rain, it's cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya todya.
It's really humid, muggy and honestly I feel it's sickly today.
I think I will never be able to get used to such a hot-humid weather.
I really hope there will be no casualties from heat attack.
I've decided to give up doing jogging-on-the-spot because I feel it's risky.
Anyway, I have to be wise enough to survive this abnormally high humidity.
