Walking :0 minutes
Standing on one foot :0 minutes each
Cigarettes :0
jogging-on-the-spot :0 minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and one hundred and
eighty-five days in a row.
To my relief, I feel that the low back pain I got last Thursday is
finally getting milder and milder little by little.
Still, when I sit cross-legged, I feel a pain.
But I've decided to go somewhere as a get-well gift by and to myself
after it has completely healed.
