I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and
one hundred and eighty-seven days in a row.
I dared to resume a walking and standing-on-one-foot for ten minutes each
last night for the first time in six days because I felt the low back pain
had almost completely gone.
And I also hope to resume push-ups today little by little.
