It has two years and 324 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I kept three sets of 17-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and over
one set of them for eight days straight.
As I feared, when I did a 20-minute walking last night, I noticed that my legs'
muscle had been weakened only to find it pretty hard.
I have to do walking on a continuous basis....with a strong resolve.
Anyway, again it's beautifully sunny today and it must be the best to do walking.

Two years and 323 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I could keep three sets of 17-time push-ups for the second straight day
and over one set of them for the seventh consecutive day.
I've really been afraid that I have not done walking for almost two weeks,
so my legs' and low back's muscle might have been weakened.
I really have to resume walking in the very very near future....maybe today.
It's greatly sunny today but actually it's got pretty cold in the morning,
especially at around five or six a.m.
I'll really have to be careful not to have a sore throat.

I could keep no-smoking for two years and 322 days in a row.
I also could resume three sets of 17-time push-ups for the first time
in a very long time, and kept over one set of 17-time push-ups for the
sixth consecutive day.
After the typhoon #27 has gone in Nagoya, it's greatly sunny but actually
it's quite windy today.
Riding my bike on my way to the work place, it was a tail wind.
But maybe on my way back to my home, it must be an oppsing wind.
It must be hard to ride a bike....so, I'd better do walking tonight.

fourth straight day.
It's quite cloudy today again due to the typhoon #27 and it is not surprising that it
starts raining NOW.
I've decided to reprovision my personal computer with IE 11 of Windows 8.1 in the very
near future simply because I hope to completely get used to the reprovisioning.
And I'll have to memos and I want to make a re-set-up media with using a BD-R disk
since I cannot make one after I upgraded my PC from Windows 8 to 8.1.

It's been two years and 319 days in a row since I gave up smoking.
Again I increased the number of push-ups by 17 times to three sets of 17-time push-ups
for the first time in about two weeks.
Actually my arms' muscle has been weakened, so I felt it so hard to do them.
It's quite couldy now in Nagoya and it's dark and looks like it's going to start raining
pretty soon.
I really hope there will be no casualties caused by the two typhoons.
At any rate, after I get completely used to my new PC, I'm planning to reprovision it.

I tried increasing the number of push-ups by 17 times to two sets of 17-time push-ups
and kept over 17-time push-ups for the second straight day.
I resumed a eight-minute jogging-on-the-spot for the first time in a few weeks.
It's quite cloudy in Nagoya but not so cold....honestly, I feel it's a little humid
maybe due to the two typhoons, #27 and #28.
At any rate, this year's October must be warmer than last year's.
....I'm holding a secret hope that this winter will be much warmer than usual.
