jogging on the spot :0 minutes
It has two years and 324 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I kept three sets of 17-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and over
one set of them for eight days straight.
As I feared, when I did a 20-minute walking last night, I noticed that my legs'
muscle had been weakened only to find it pretty hard.
I have to do walking on a continuous basis....with a strong resolve.
Anyway, again it's beautifully sunny today and it must be the best to do walking.
