Two years and 318 days in a row have passed since I quit smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by 17 times to two sets of 17-time push-ups
and kept over 17-time push-ups for the second straight day.
I resumed a eight-minute jogging-on-the-spot for the first time in a few weeks.
It's quite cloudy in Nagoya but not so cold....honestly, I feel it's a little humid
maybe due to the two typhoons, #27 and #28.
At any rate, this year's October must be warmer than last year's.
....I'm holding a secret hope that this winter will be much warmer than usual.
