Two years and 323 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I could keep three sets of 17-time push-ups for the second straight day
and over one set of them for the seventh consecutive day.
I've really been afraid that I have not done walking for almost two weeks,
so my legs' and low back's muscle might have been weakened.
I really have to resume walking in the very very near future....maybe today.
It's greatly sunny today but actually it's got pretty cold in the morning,
especially at around five or six a.m.
I'll really have to be careful not to have a sore throat.
