It has been two years and 309 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I kept one set of 17-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and I hope to
resume three sets of them as soon as possible.
It's greatly sunny today although a typhoon is coming to Japan again.
Weather reports say the highest temperature in Tokyo yesterday was over 30 degrees.
It must be abnormal......but honestly I want a very mild winter once in a while.
