It's been two years and 316 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I have not done either push-ups or jogging-on-the-spot for these two days, and
I hope to resume them as soon as possible.
Very unhappily, it is actually raining pretty hard in Nagoya at a time when
today is the last day of Nagoya Matsuri when we can enjoy, free of charge,
several public facilities including Higashiyama Zoo and Nagoya Castle.
So, I've decided not to go and enjoy one of them.
This must become one of my memories later on..........I really hope so.
