I could keep no-smoking for two years and 322 days in a row.
I also could resume three sets of 17-time push-ups for the first time
in a very long time, and kept over one set of 17-time push-ups for the
sixth consecutive day.
After the typhoon #27 has gone in Nagoya, it's greatly sunny but actually
it's quite windy today.
Riding my bike on my way to the work place, it was a tail wind.
But maybe on my way back to my home, it must be an oppsing wind.
It must be hard to ride a bike....so, I'd better do walking tonight.
