I could keep no-smoking for two years and 297 days straight.
I also kpet over 13-time push-ups for twenty-five consecutive days including the most
recent three days of three sets of 17-time push-ups.
Now, October has arrived, but happily or unhappily the predicted highest temperature
in Nagoya is 30 degrees.....and actually it's rather humid now like one of the typically
wettish summer days.
Anway it' true that autumnal weather days are just around the corner, so in order to
enjoy them, I really want the scratch on my left heel to disappear very soon.
