Daily Routine

Push-ups: １７ times
Walking: １５ minutes
Standing with one leg　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：８ minutes

I could keep no-smoking for two years nd 300 days in a row.
I only did one set of 17-time push-ups yesterday but kept over 13-time push-ups for
the twenty-eighth consecutive day.
I'm sure "Continuation is strength" and "Better than nothing".
I've noticed that I've got some scratches on my left big toe maybe due to the new
pair of sneakers which I bought four days ago.
I should have bought another bigger one.
Anyway I'll have to stop doing a walking before my feet get used to them.
