I could keep no-smoking for two years and 317 days in a row.
I resumed push-ups from 17 times yesterday after a two-day break and I hope to
continue them as long as possible.
I've noticed that I might a little get used to my new personal computer upgraded
to Windows 8.1 with Internet Explorer 11.
Anyway it's beautifully and greatly sunny in Nagoya today and such a beautiful day
must be the best for me.
However, the typhoon #27 and #28 are coming to Japan, so I'll really have to be
careful again.
