I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 218 days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 19-time push-ups for the fifty-third consecutive
day including the most recent fourteen days of 26 days.
I had the flat front tire of my bike replaced with a new one, which cost 3800 yen.
It's been severely hot these two days in Nagoya though not to the extent of the
scorching heat in the Hokkaido and Touhoku regions.
Anyway, I really have to get mentally prepared for this summer's heat wave.
