I was able to keep no-smking for four years and 206 days in a row.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups by one time to 26 times
the day before yesterday and kept over 19-time push-ups for the
forty-first successive day.
After a little heavy rain yesterday, it's sunny and a little too hot,
but actually weather reoprts say it'll be cloudy or rainy for the next
four or five days.
Anyway, I really hope the day will not be sunny when I plan to enjoy walking.
